Hey there, "Trusty Sidekicks" members--

This Tribe doesn't have a moderator, but as a matter of policy, Tribe.net likes all groups to have a leader. Can you collectively choose someone to moderate your Tribe?

When you've reached consensus, have the new moderator send a note to help@tribe.net, with the words "Moderator Change –Trusty Sidekicks" in the subject header, letting us know that you've selected a new leader. Please be sure to include a link to this discussion thread!

Best Sidekicks

So who are your favorite side kicks?/Why?

Favorite would be Batgirl.

She started off as a cheap knock off of Batman but became one of the most iconic female characters. Evolved into a detective and fighter in her own right. And although not in the same role now still continues on as Oracle.

She has even spawned her own copy cats with Huntress (both of them) and with the new Batgirl

by the way anyone interested i have a tribe that covers Batgirl Oracle Huntress and other Gothamites called Gotham Knights gothamknights.tribe.net

Now a cool side kick that I think developed well as far as what was done with the character for the time period was Green Arrows side kick Speedy.

The spiral downward with his drug abuse and the story arch where Dinah (Black Canary) helped him through the withdrawal/recovery. Now he has blossomed into Arsenal and spawned his own copy cat with Mia the New Speedy

They have my favorite all time characters Selina, Barbara Gordon and Black Canary

New Avengers

Is anyone reading this new series? I never read the old one because I couldn't get my head around Hawkeye, Scarlett Witch, and the Vision but I thought I'd try out the NA.

Is it just me or is there a major push to bring Capt. America to the forefront of the Marvel empire. He's friggin' everywhere. Do I smell a movie in the works?

Loving this new series about as much as I'm loving the the new Astonishing X-Men. I'm all giggles over the good titles out right now that have great art to match.
